• Due to our excelent access to the A47 we are also easy to locate by anyone traveling up from the south as once you leave the A11 and join the A47 Southern Bypass we are literally 15 minutes down the road.

• Our rates start at just £250 for a 1200 square foot Industrial Unit, this includes free parking on our surfaced car park. Our car park can cater for upto 30 cars, this is ample for both your Employees and Customers. Each unit boasts a 12 foot roller shutter door, toilet facilities, personel access door and an external storeage area.

• We also have Single Room Offices on the same site starting at only £125 per month, this includes the use of a shared kitchen, toilet facilities and car parking either outside the office block or under the soon to be constructed covered parking area.

• If you require more than one office then we also have a self contained Office Suite Available (George Smith House), this can be let fully furnished for £425 per month or £390 per month unfirnished. This suite also has a preconfigured telephone system and burguar alram system at no extra cost and a small road side car park. Access to this suite is either through the yard or by way of the road side front access door.
